I achieve my goal of doing Delt flys with 20 pounds in each hand & doing 12 reps.
I have a hard time with most exercises that have me in a bent over position, because I it's harder to breath & I get tired quicker.
How I achieve my goal was by lying on a exercise bench so I wasn't moving up & down when doing delt flys, it made doing delt flys easier but it made it even more hard to breath.
