My Fitness Training 4-6-12
Training with my dad
I started with warm up exercise cardio rowing for 5minutes level 10.
Seated Twist. Sets2, reps12, lbs70.
Standing Twisting. Sets3, reps20, lbs body-weight.
Machine Chest Press. Sets2, reps12, lbs100.
Machine Incline Chest Press. Sets2, reps10, lbs120.
Machine Seated Dips. Sets3, reps10, lbs60.
Machine Seated 1-arm French Press. Sets3, reps10, lbs20 on each arm.
Machine Seated Triceps Pull-Down. Sets2, reps10, lbs40.
1-arm Preacher Curl Machine. Sets3, reps to failure, 12, 10, 15, lbs140, 80, 60, 40.
Standing Calf Machine. Sets2, reps15, lbs30.
Seated Calf Machine. Sets3, reps10, lbs90.
Left-legged Seated Calf Machine. Sets3, reps10, lbs90.
I played 4 games of Racquetball.
Now today 4-7-12 I feel pain in my chest and triceps, calf.
all from the workout, but my neck on the right side is in deep pain I didn't know what happen.
