My Fitness Training 4-7-12
That was a good day for me. at the gym around 5/ 5:30pm.
I did 10 sets of bar-bell squats. reps10, 10, 6, 6, 6, 7, 6, 6, 6, 6. lbs bar, 50, 100.
I practice my backhand shots in racquetball for a hour or so than I played Mom and Dad at racquetball.
